Fusion of Collection & Architecture

The Museum Engiadinais is one of the oldest museums in Graubünden, but not an authentic, time-honoured building with an integrated collection. Here, collection and architecture merge into a unique ensemble whose significance goes far beyond the individual exhibits.

IDENTITY

After a change of management, a new mission statement was introduced which required a new visual identity. Within the financial possibilities, the best possible solution was sought in close cooperation with the management. The focus was on refreshing its identity by developing communication, mediation and a new language. The logo and it is handled have been refreshed. A new series of posters telling of the new vision of the house. A new visual and textual language has been combined and a new world of colour has been created.

COMMUNICATION

The museum's new mission statement seeks a broader understanding of communication but has yet to be fully implemented. This project focuses on translating the mission into an effective communication concept. After thoroughly analyzing the brand identity, marketing image, and existing brand world, clear objectives and recommendations were formulated. Based on these, a communication concept targeting specific goals and audiences within available resources was developed, effectively integrating the museum's new mission statement.
